Jake loves spending time in the kitchen bringing his recipes to life and enjoying what he’s made. Seeing Jake take pride in his creations is a wonderful reminder of how meaningful these everyday moments can be in his home.
Celebrating Christmas together is such a special part of life in our SIL homes. Brett, Tori, Matt, and Andrew enjoyed sharing the festive season with laughter, decorations, and time together. Moments like this help build a sense of family, belonging, and connection, creating meaningful memories that last well beyond the day itself.

George enjoys spending time in the kitchen preparing his own meals and building independence through everyday life skills. Cooking allows George to take pride in what he creates, follow routines, and enjoy the satisfaction of making something for himself. These moments support confidence, choice, and a sense of achievement in his home.

Tony and George love getting out into the community together — whether it’s for a walk, shopping, lunch, or just enjoying being out and about. Community access supports independence, confidence, and social connection, while giving participants the opportunity to explore the world around them in their own way.
Tony, Jake, and George enjoying time together at home — relaxing, sharing conversations, and feeling comfortable in their own space. These moments of togetherness are just as important as outings, helping to build friendships, a sense of safety, and a true feeling of home.

Tori and Andrew enjoy spending time together in the veggie garden, planting, watering, and caring for their growing produce. Gardening supports physical activity, teamwork, and patience, while also giving them the opportunity to watch something they’ve nurtured grow and thrive. It’s a calming and rewarding way to build confidence, responsibility, and pride in their home.
