HISTORY

Serendipity Support Services was founded in May 2018 by our Directors, Brenda and Martyn. 

Brenda has worked in the disability sector for over 30 years, with an extensive list of qualifications and experience.  Martyn has worked in the disability sector for 15 years and is passionate about ensuring our Participants receive the highest quality care and support possible. 

In 2018, Serendipity Support Services extended their supports and opened their Respite Home (STA) which is located in the quiet and picturesque Primbee, NSW. 

In 2022/2023, we undertook some renovations to the kitchen and back veranda area. Our Respite home has vacancies for 2023 and 2024! Enquire today for booking information.

In 2019, Serendipity Support Services started our Day Program, located in Primbee NSW. Our Day Program has vacancies. Enquire today to join our Participants in their fun outings, group activities and special adventures.

In 2021, Serendipity Support Services opened our first Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home. This home has four bedrooms with four very happy residents who still reside there today.

In 2022, Serendipity Support Services opened our second SIL Home. This home has three bedrooms with vacancies available now, alongside our current two residents who reside there today. 

In 2022, Serendipity Support Services were nominated and placed as a finalist in the Illawarra Business Awards 2022 for Excellence in Customer Service.
